If after a second search, we assign #12 FINAL, this is most likely because, the account is either very new or the account has had very little activity within the industry. We recommend C.O.D. (company check OK) with a maximum of $350 on these accounts, if you make an investigative phone call to the account and also to the account's bank and have verified the legitimacy of the business.

Accounts with a rating of #12 (not found in database) will only have a one-time charge of $5.00. If the account is resubmitted and gets a change of rating, the appropriate surcharge, if any, will be applied.
